Our story began in 1977 with an idea from our founding partner and a 100 sqm office on Via Comasina in Milan. Hard work, humbleness, respect, cohesion, unity of purpose, solidarity, technology, development, research, openness to youth and their training are some of the foundational values of Coiver Group. 

We work trusting in the future’s potential and with the goal of developing our growth alongside partners, collaborators and stakeholders, respecting their roles and professionalism, encouraging staff and the project team to share their goals and experiences (each person is a value add for the group and for colleagues).

We want to continue investing in young people, research, technology, and management systems, while also improving our living spaces (offices and production facilities, but also construction site presences), ready to welcome high-profile resources and to meet the needs of the workforce and the new generations, embracing new foundational values and visions as well as the most modern working methodologies (e.g., smart working). All this without ever losing sight of the group's roots and the family’s imprinting, that we believe to be the key to our business success.

I joined Coiver Group in 1986 with the role of designer, taking care of site surveys. Over the years, thanks to my work and professional dedication but also to the growth opportunities offered to me by the Management, I have grown both professionally and personally. Today I am a partner in one of the group's companies and I am the Procurement Manager, managing purchases worth over €100 million, supervising a team of 10 people. Team spirit, respect and support are some of the values ​​acquired over the years and which I have tried to convey to the team I manage. What I believe distinguishes Coiver Group is the ability - despite the current organizational and turnover dimensions - to maintain the same spirit, humbleness, founding values ​​and loyalty to its roots.

Barbara

I began working with Coiver Group in 2002 as a Site Manager. Over the years, I had the opportunity to grow professionally to the point of becoming Technical Director of construction sites for Coiver Contract. After just a few years of collaboration, I became a partner. What I believe distinguishes the group is, generally, the desire to value the people who work within it and to pursue corporate growth by leveraging the youth and those trained internally, rather than acquiring already qualified resources.

Giovanni

I have been working for Coiver Group for over 10 years. I was already familiar with the seriousness and potential of the group from previous professional experiences, and for this reason, I enthusiastically embraced the opportunity to become initially a partner of Coiver Contract and later the Technical Director of design, responsible for a team of 12 people. Over the years, Coiver Group has grown steadily, managing increasingly complex projects and fostering the development of both my personal professional skills and those of my team. The trust of the owners and the collaboration between the company's functions have supported and strengthened my journey.

Alberto

I joined Coiver Group in 2007, starting as a secretary in the purchasing department at the Cormano (MI) headquarters. In 2015, Coiver Group offered me the chance to move to Rome, becoming the head of the secretarial office for Coiver Contract Centro (a company of the group that has been operating in Rome since 2006). I immediately seized this opportunity for professional growth, which was then followed by the chance to start a family in the city I love.

Paola

I have been with Coiver Group since 2010 and have witnessed both my own growth and the group's at an incredible pace. I started as a construction site assistant in the North-East area (Veneto) for Coiver Contract, and then in 2016, I became the Technical Director of construction sites for Coiver Contract Centro (a company of the group with offices in Rome since 2006). Following this, I was given the opportunity to become a partner. As of January 2022, I have taken on the role of General Director, contributing to the company's revenue growth, which – thanks to collaborative efforts with other colleagues – has doubled over the course of 2022.

Emanuel

I was hired at just 19 years old after obtaining my accounting diploma. I began working as a warehouse operator for Ferlegno (at the time located in Cusano Milanino). Seeing my dedication to work and considering my studies, the management proposed a change in my role and company. Thus, in 1998, I started collaborating with Coiver Multi Servizi as an accountant. Later, I was given the opportunity to grow professionally, transitioning from an apprentice in accounting to a senior figure. Today, as part of a cohesive and established team, I am one of the Treasury managers, handling payments to Coiver Group's suppliers amounting to over €100 million a year.

Fabio

I recently celebrated my 30th anniversary with Coiver Group, a significant milestone that the management acknowledged and valued. I began my collaboration with the group as a laborer/site worker. Later, I was offered the opportunity to work in the Cormano (MI) production facility as a worker in the manufacturing department. Given my education and abilities, I was offered the role of Warehouse Manager for the group's facility, leading a team responsible for all logistical aspects of the 6 operating companies and interacting with staff in the facilities and design offices.
