This year, Coiver Group once again took part in the Scenari Forum, the benchmark event for the Italian real estate market held in Rapallo.

Represented by CEO Enrico Maria Di Bartolo, the Group presented the AIR partition wall (a brand of Ferlegno) nominated for the 2023 Compasso d'Oro Award, showcased ongoing construction sites with a particular focus on the restyling of shopping centers (Limbiate/CBRE Investment Management, Mestre/Colliers and BariBlu/Prelios), described the recently delivered office fit out projects and shared financial data regarding the 2022 revenue.

Group also arranged a social gathering at the Grand Hotel Bristol with some friends, in anticipation of the Scenari Immobiliari event.
