A Fit-Out recently completed by Coiver Group for TeamSystem has been featured in the prestigious THE PLAN-167 architectural magazine. This ambitious project is located in the financial heart of Milan, just steps from Piazza Gae Aulenti and the Bosco Verticale, within the renowned building at Via Pirelli 35, originally designed by Park Associati and Snøhetta, with the interior redesign by Twister Architetti Associati.

The main challenge faced by Coiver Group was primarily technical:

• Tight deadlines: 10 floors and approximately 12.000 sqm completed in just 7 months;
• Design and innovation: installation of Natural by Ferlegno partition walls, baffle ceilings, cladding and acoustic panels, and air duct veils, all enhancing acoustic and thermal comfort;
• Local expertise: extensive experience managing projects in central Milan, supported by the strategic location of our facility just 10 minutes away.
