Since 2006, Coiver Group has been present in Rome, playing a leading role in some of the city's most iconic projects. A journey that began in 1977 with founding partners Lorenzo Di Bartolo and Natalia Zuliani, who still lead the group today alongside with Gianmaria and Enrico Maria Di Bartolo. This is the story of a family, personally involved in every project. A constant presence that characterises its style, vision and quality, represented in Rome by the General Manager Emanuel Mariuzzo and now also by Martina Gramiccia.
The recent New Rome Office Party celebrated the inauguration of the new offices and the history of Coiver Group with key players in the Real Estate sector, primary tenants, architecture and engineering firms, and project and property managers. It was also an opportunity to introduce the team member Martina, who will oversee the new projects in which the group will be involved in Rome and Central Italy.
Generali Real Estate (new headquarters of the European Parliament), Aareal (Leonardo Global Solutions), Prelios Sgr (Aran), Praemia Sgr (Topnetwork and HiFinance), Sisal, Docplanner, Abb Innovation Center in Frosinone, Fiumicino International Airport, Maximo shopping mall, Hilton Eur La Lama hotel and TSH San Lorenzo student housing are just some examples of recent projects managed by Coiver Group in the Rome area.
