The 2nd edition of Perspective concluded yesterday for Coiver Group. The event, organized by THE PLAN in the beautiful setting of the Hotel Excelsior in Venice, involved key players from the world of architecture, engineering and real estate.

In addition to the One to One meetings, Coiver Group made itself known through a Workshop entitled “Ideas Taking Shape: From Concept To Reality @ Ferlegno Factory.” The objective was to present our Ferlegno workshop, which represents the workshop of yesteryear: a place for discussion, engineering and construction, where design concepts take shape through the joint work of Architects and Enterprise. In addition to showing the Factory, Ferlegno's four lines of movable walls were presented and our group's integrated movable wall solutions and fit-out capabilities were illustrated. An approach that brings executive and operational advantages to both architects and tenants, as demonstrated by concrete examples in Milan: the headquarters of Deutsche Bank Italia in Piazza del Calendario, the new offices of SAP Italia in Via Confalonieri, and, as a preview, the Teamsystem headquarters project in Via Pirelli, which is being delivered right now. A great success for our Group, which as a mission - in addition to expanding the geographic reach of the General Contracting division in Rome, Florence, Bologna, Turin (and generally in secondary locations) in the office and shopping center asset classes - intends to consolidate its leadership role in the segment of real estate redevelopment in the hotel sector.
