60 years ago, in September 1965, FERLEGNO was founded, boasting a capital of 50 million lire in 1978.

We celebrated this historic moment as a family, in our workshop (now Ferlegno Factory) on the outskirts of Milan, where all our products are manufactured with a true passion for Italian craftsmanship, with the same humility and commitment that have always characterised our daily work. The history of FERLEGNO is one of solid roots and a vision for the future, a history that, after 60 years, has not stopped growing and dreaming.

The company became part of COI-VER (now Coiver Group) in 1992, following its acquisition from the founding family, thanks to the intuition and vision of the current president, Lorenzo Di Bartolo, and with the support of his wife, Natalia Zuliani.

With the determination, hard work and sacrifices of all its partners and collaborators, in the early 2000s FERLEGNO achieved a share capital of 190 million lire and revenues of over 2 billion lire. In 2008, the arrival of the current Technical Director, Diego Costa, and subsequently other employee partners, led FERLEGNO to results that were unthinkable in 1965: the company now boasts a share capital of €500,000 and net assets of €6 million, and in 2024 it achieved record revenues of over €22 million, consolidating FERLEGNO's role in the market for partition walls, furniture and custom boiserie.
