Coinciding with the publication of an interesting editorial in THE PLAN-159 architectural magazine, today we tell you about an important General Contracting intervention carried out by our Group.
It’s the redevelopment project of the Deutsche Bank Italia’s headquarters, an iconic building in Piazza del Calendario in Milan originally designed by Studio Valle Architetti Associati which, in order to respond to the new requirements of hybrid work, saw its restyling designed and directed by COIMA Image.
The work, which took place without interrupting operations and dividing up the areas involved in the construction site, included the realization of all dry construction systems, interior finishes, painting and wallpaper installation. This also included the installation of Double partition walls produced by Ferlegno, a historic Milanese company belonging to Coiver Group.
Coiver Group delivered tailored engineering services, working closely with the client’s consultants to tackle the project’s complex technical challenges and the target LETI rating B. This collaboration ensured construction feasibility and compliance with the project timeline. Indeed, the design and construction process, from initial concept to on-site completion, reflects Coiver Group’s guiding philosophy: “From Concept To Reality”.
