In 2023 Coiver Group has realized simultaneously 4 restylings projects - Porte di Mestre (Colliers), Limbiate (CBRE Investments), BariBlu (Prelios) and Settimo Cielo Retail Park (James Town) - and 1 new development mega project (the new 2023 Merlata Bloom Milano in Cascina Merlata). 4 progetti di restyling – Porte di Mestre (Colliers), Limbiate (CBRE Investments), BariBlu (Prelios) e Settimo Cielo Retail Park (James Town) – e 1 progetto di nuovo sviluppo (Merlata Bloom Milano a Cascina Merlata).

An excellent result achieved thanks to the strong know-how acquired with the previous successful experiences of the restyling of the Centro Sarca and the Bicocca Village in Milan, in which Coiver Group had already operated, creating all the interior design elements in the new development phase.
